How does how we were treated as children come into play with how we interact with our own children? How can we nurture the child within us so that we can better nurture the child in front of us? Can we re-parent ourselves into a place of deeper love so that we can in turn offer that to our children? How can we use the triggers we experience in our interactions with our children as doorways to expanding and healing our own hearts? In this discussion, we will explore these questions and speak from our personal experience.
